We have the perfect pizza recipe tried and tested that you can make at home and we would love to share with you. While we are all spending more time at home there has never been a better time than now to master the art of making the perfect pizza.
Pizza Dough Ingredients:
- 500 grams of De Cecco Farina Grano Tipo 00 Semolina Flour
- 350ml warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 7 grams instant yeast/10 grams fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of Ayama Olive Oil
- Mix yeast & sugar into the warm water (let it sit for 10 mins).
- Place the De Cecco Farina Grano Tipo 00 Semolina Flour in a large bowl, make a small well in the center, and add the salt.
- Slowly add the water mixture and start stirring with a fork. Halfway through add the Ayama Olive Oil and continue to mix till you can’t mix with the fork. Then knead the dough with your hand for 10 min.
- Create 3 balls of dough and place on a tray dusted with flour. Cover with a tea towel and allow to rest for an hour or till it rises.
- Roll out your dough for the base.
- Place on an oven tray dusted with flour.
- Add your favourite Polli toppings.
- Bake in the oven at 260°C for 10-15 minutes
