My favorite cocktail is Malfy Gin dashing with lime juice, maple syrup, soda water, and an egg white. Shake the gin, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into the glass. Top off each glass with soda water, the carbonation combines with the egg white to make a frothy foam topping.
2 tots Malfy gin , 1 can Aranciata Rossa San Pellegrino tonica. 1 slice lemon , dash of bitters, sprig of rosemary , 3 blue berries and 1strawberry
