Colour Changing G&T

1 Red Cabbage
Juice of 2 lemons
Water
1 tot Malfy
1/2 can San Pellegrino Acqua Tonica

Steep a handful of red cabbage in water to get a nice blue or purple water infusion. Just do this for 5 minutes.
Pour into an ice tray.

Mix lemon juice with a cup or so of water and pour into a different ice tray.

When the ice is frozen, crush the blue ice and put into a glass.
Wash the vessel you crushed this in. then crush the lemon ice and pop it on top.

Top up with gin and tonic.

The melting ice will change colour (MAGICALLY) and make a really cool looking drink.
