We’re calling all mixologist enthusiasts to submit their favourite cocktail recipes using Malfy Gin along with San Pellegrino products as the mixer and subscribe to our newsletter to enter.

Crushed ice
serve with a straw in tall glass

Malty gin,lemon juice and citrus zest served with ice and fresh grape juice top with basil leaves

Malfy Gin,fresh orange slices,pineapple,sugar syrup,ice,shake and top up with dry lemon

Pu’er and Gin Ice Tea

Brew and cool Pu’er tea, nice and strong tea (can substitute with rooibos too)
1tsp marmalade
Squeeze of lemon juice
Sliced fresh ginger
1 tot Malfy gin (Rosa or Lemon)
Crushed ice
Place all in a shaker and shake for 10 sec, then pour over some crushed ice and garnish with a stalk of mint leaf

Pineapple Vodka Fizz

1 shot vodka or gin or white rum
100 ml pineapple juice
Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
Ice
Tonic water

Place vodka and pineapple juice with a small squeeze of lime into a shaker with few blocks of ice.
Shake for a good 15-20 seconds.
Pour into a glass and top up with tonic water (+- 50 to 100ml).
Garnish with mint leaves.
