1 slice lemon
1 oz (30 ml) gin
4 oz (125 ml) grapefruit soft drink (see note)
1 ribbon unpeeled English cucumber, sliced with a mandoline
1 sprig fresh thyme
Ice
1 can SAN PELLEGRINO Aranciata Rossa
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz gin
This is sooo yummy especially for summer
2 ounces gin
1 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
3 ounces Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa
lime zest or wedge, optional for garnish
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice. Pour gin and lime juice and shake until frothy. Strain over ice into your most beautiful lowball glass . Top with Sanpellegrino. Garnish with lime zest or a wedge. Enjoy immediately.

2 tots malfy pink gin 3 slices cucumber 1/4 tsp sechuan pepper. fill glass with ice and top with San Pellegrini Acqua tonic
